Yog Nepal, a native of Bhutan situated amidst the Himalayan mountains, spent his formative years in a modest family within a Bhutanese refugee camp in Nepal. At the age of 20, Yog Nepal ventured to the United States, settling in Nashville, TN in 2008. He is a committed family man, married with one child.

Yog Nepal presents himself as the optimal candidate for House District 53, posed to bring his rich background and life experiences to the forefront upon his arrival in Davidson at the state legislature. With a proven track record in leadership roles and extensive involvement with non-profit organizations throughout his career, Yog Nepal has been instrumental in facilitating the resettlement of refugees, thereby showcasing his dedication to humanitarian causes.
